Receiver chassis capacitor

I noticed none of my 4 Receivers has it. Presumably owners were replacing bulbs or something and tried to open it there..

Screws are there, but no capacitors or insulating washers.

It has probably already been answered but I cant find it.. Does it have effect on sound and CCI, or are they there just for FM protection? Should I reconstruct it?

I reconstructed one. But as you said, effect is rather small.
I could not hear any significant difference
