Sl1000 stands damaged

Hi team, I just noticed that the two stands of my SL1000 are « cracked »…certainly the consequences of the flight between Germany and France. My question is not related to the aspect but to the degradation of the sound who can appear with this damages. What’s your advises ? A dot of glue or something else ?

You absolutely have to glue with attack in order not to have a degradation of the sound. There might be a slight difference with the unbroken original, but I think it's a negligible difference. In other words, you need to glue as strongly as possible.

two component glue...be careful not to glue the black foot

I will try to save « the ladies » ! The glue is ordered…

All the four black supports can be removed....for each one screw

Hi, I’m on vacation and holidays means little works like the reparation of the SL ! I removed the for little black foots but I see that the main support cant be removed, am I wrong ? I dont want to insist and make a mistake…thanks

It's correct: only the four black foot are removable
